The Bentonville Project

This 3 story, 80,000 square foot multi-purpose facility includes learning centers, event spaces, catering kitchen, enclosed and open office/work stations and yoga/meditation area. The primary source for space conditioning is accomplished using 200 tons of VRV with water cooled condensing units. The condenser loop is tempered using a remote 270-ton adiabatic closed circuit fluid cooler, (2) 1 million BTU high efficiency boilers and circulated with (2) 850 gpm in line pumps. The (2) 1 million BTU boilers also serve as a heating water source for hot water reheat VAVs used in various locations throughout the facility. Fresh air for the facility is handled by (2) 20-ton roof mounted outside air units with full modulating economizer with barometric relief and hot gas reheat.

Daily operation of the facility and its occupants is supported with 144 plumbing fixtures. Domestic water for the facility enters through a tri-plex 130 gmp filtration system. Domestic hot water is generated by (8) Rinnai RU199i tankless water heaters.
