Institutional projects, (colleges, schools, churches etc.), provide a unique challenge for the Mechanical Engineer as well as the Mechanical Contractor. The HVAC systems for classrooms and auditoriums must be designed and constructed for maximum comfort with minimal air movement and maximum sound control. The temperature controls systems must operate efficiently in order to achieve maximum energy control. The plumbing systems generally go from minimum to maximum demand with-in a matter of minutes and the piping systems must be able to handle this system shock. There is no substitute for experience with this type of project, and MMC has developed a wealth of this experience over the past 22 years.
