Commercial projects typically will have a compressed construction schedule and a "fast track" method of construction is not unusual. Most contractors think this means only an increased labor force with long hours at the jobsite. We have found that proper scheduling, and having the right material, tools, and a complete layout at the point of installation's will decrease the labor force required by as much as 30%. Each of our projects is assigned a project manager, a field operation director and a project superintendent to accomplish this.

The true essence of "fast track" construction is having trust and confidence in the construction team that will allow you to short cut or by-pass the specification, submittal and completed construction drawing stages of construction. There is no substitute for experience, honesty, and integrity on your construction team. Mountain Mechanical has been developing these qualities for 22 years.
